This article is to assist users to install and active eSIM to iOS/iPadOS device. Your device will have need to already been set up and with an internet connection.


If you have a blank eSIM, please contact TeleResult Service Desk to help move your current work data service number (not your phone number) to the new blank; or activate a new service on the eSIM.

 

Instructions

  1. Go to the Camera app your device.
  2. Point the camera to the QR Code, a yellow button with Mobile Plan will show up at the bottom.
  3. Tap on the yellow button, it will redirect you to the Settings app and ask if you want to activate the new eSIM, select Allow.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. It will take a few minutes to configure. The mobile signal icon will show up in the Status Bar at the top of the screen once done.




Note: You can also go straight from Settings > Mobile Data to set up and scan the eSIM QR code; we don't recommend (but not against) this method as from our experience it takes longer for device to scan the QR code than from the Camera app.
