This article is to assist users to install and active eSIM to iOS/iPadOS device. Your device will have need to already been set up and with an internet connection.
If you have a blank eSIM, please contact TeleResult Service Desk to help move your current work data service number (not your phone number) to the new blank; or activate a new service on the eSIM.
Instructions
- Go to the Camera app your device.
- Point the camera to the QR Code, a yellow button with Mobile Plan will show up at the bottom.
- Tap on the yellow button, it will redirect you to the Settings app and ask if you want to activate the new eSIM, select Allow.
- Select Continue.
- It will take a few minutes to configure. The mobile signal icon will show up in the Status Bar at the top of the screen once done.
Note: You can also go straight from Settings > Mobile Data to set up and scan the eSIM QR code; we don't recommend (but not against) this method as from our experience it takes longer for device to scan the QR code than from the Camera app.
